Marunik accepts exchanges of purchased products within 14 days. The exchange request must be made via email at marunik.fashion@gmail.com.**
– Upon receiving your email, we will confirm its receipt and provide instructions on the process to follow.
Marunik reserves the right to refuse exchanges outside the established timeframe or items that are not in the same condition as when they were purchased.
– After requesting the exchange, the item must be sent to the provided address and according to the instructions given via email.
(The shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)
– The product must be in the same condition as when it was sent, without having been opened or used, and:
- with the original tags;
- accompanied by the purchase invoice;
- without any signs of use or damage to the item;
- without any signs of alterations made by the customer.
– To meet the exchange deadline, the exchange request must be made before the corresponding deadline (14 days). If the item arrives after the deadline, it will be refused or returned to the customer, after the payment of reshipping fees.
– The receipt and verification of the exchange may take up to 5 business days after receipt.
After receiving the item, it will be analyzed, and a voucher of the same value will be issued and sent to the customer via email.
When exchanging promotional items, the voucher value will be the amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase. If the subsequent exchange and application of the voucher occur outside the promotion campaign period, the customer will have to pay the remaining balance.
**Conditions and procedure for RETURNS:**
The customer has the right to return their products due to withdrawal, defects, or non-compliance (Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 1).
However, the product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, without having been opened or used.

The shipping and method of returning the item to Marunik are entirely the customer's responsibility.
The refund process will only begin after the receipt and verification of the product's condition.
Marunik reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when they were purchased.
On the website www.marunik.com, products are displayed as accurately as possible. We warn that some mobile devices, computers, and tablets may alter tones and colors depending on their quality, leading to discrepancies in the actual colors shown. Marunik is not responsible for the devices used by the customer when visiting our website.
