These terms and conditions aim to define the General Sales Conditions between Marunik and the User, from the purchase process to the various services provided, such as payment methods and delivery conditions for orders.
ORDERS
The User can place their order online at www.marunik.com.
To complete the order successfully, certain personal data such as email address, name, address, phone number, etc., will be required. The User must fill in all mandatory fields for this purpose.
By making an online purchase, the User fully accepts the general sales conditions, prices, and product descriptions included in this transaction. These general sales conditions will be the only ones applicable between both parties. In the event that the product is unavailable, Marunik commits to informing the User and refunding the amount paid within approximately 14 (Fourteen) days from the date of notification of the unavailability.
DELIVERIES
Your order will be shipped after successful payment and delivered within 4 business days (after dispatch).
Once the order is handed over to the transportation services, Marunik holds no responsibility for the shipment. The customer is responsible for filing a complaint if the order is delayed and notifying Marunik, who will assist in resolving the delivery issue.
Delivery times may, in specific cases, experience delays due to the delivery region, transportation conditions, or other issues beyond Marunik's control.
All order receipts must be signed as proof of delivery. From the moment of receipt, the customer becomes responsible for the order, even if it is received by someone else at the provided address.
If the customer provides an incorrect address, fails to pick up the order within the stipulated time, or wishes to exchange any product, the cost of reshipping is the buyer's responsibility. The customer must pick up the order within the stipulated time. If this does not happen, the order will be returned to Marunik, and we will contact you afterward. This return will incur an additional fee, which will be borne by the customer. We do not refund the order amount. The order will be reshipped to an address provided by you. Shipping costs and applied fees will not be refunded, and reshipping and return fees will be borne by the customer.
DAMAGED ORDERS DURING TRANSPORT
When the carrier delivers your order, please inspect the packaging, and if any issues are detected, immediately notify us of the situation.
Failure to comply with this rule will prevent the customer from making a claim afterward.
PRICE POLICY
Prices should be understood in euros, with taxes and fees included. All listed prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. Marunik reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.
